Van verkoop naar installatie

Sales verkoopt de installatie. Een schouwer gaat langs bij de klant en maakt een rapport: is de offerte technisch haalbaar, wat is er nodig, wat staat er op de foto's. Dat rapport landt bij jou.

Jij checkt niet alleen of het compleet is. Je beoordeelt of de schouw klopt en of de installatie echt uitvoerbaar is zoals beschreven. Een verkeerde inschatting hier betekent een monteur die voor een dichte deur staat, of een installatie die na aankomst niet blijkt te kloppen. Dat wil je voorkomen.

Op maandagochtend zet je de week uit: welke installaties staan gepland, wat is daarvoor nodig, waar kan het misgaan. Voorraad, materialen, een kraan of hoogwerker als dat nodig is, bijzonderheden waar de monteurs rekening mee moeten houden. Monteurs vertrekken om 07.00 uur. Het busje staat dan al klaar met alles erin.

Als het tijdens de installatie anders loopt

Soms ontbreekt een onderdeel. Soms is er ander materiaal nodig, of loopt iets technisch anders dan gepland. Jij denkt mee over de oplossing en zet je tanden erin tot het is opgelost.
