Amsterdam Bouwkunde HBO Aannemer / Installateur Werkvoorbereider Vaste baan Functie omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider binnenstedelijke nieuwbouw. Als Werkvoorbereider Binnenstedelijke Nieuwbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van uitdagende nieuwbouwprojecten in een stedelijke omgeving. Je werkt binnen het projectteam en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen calculatie, projectleiding, uitvoering, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je vertaalt bouwplannen naar een concrete en uitvoerbare voorbereiding. Je stelt planningen op, bewaakt de voortgang en controleert tekeningen, details en projectdocumentatie. Daarnaast verzorg je de inkoop van materialen en stem je technische en organisatorische zaken af met alle betrokken partijen. Binnenstedelijke nieuwbouw vraagt om extra aandacht voor logistiek, beperkte bouwruimte en de directe omgeving. Je denkt daarom vooruit over de inrichting en bereikbaarheid van de bouwplaats, de aanvoer van materialen en de afstemming met verschillende partijen. Door mogelijke knelpunten vroegtijdig te signaleren, voorkom je vertraging tijdens de uitvoering. Gedurende het project houd je grip op planning, kosten en kwaliteit en zorg je dat de uitvoering op ieder moment over de juiste informatie en middelen beschikt. Met jouw technische inzicht, organisatietalent en vermogen om snel te schakelen draag je bij aan een beheerst bouwproces en een succesvolle realisatie van complexe binnenstedelijke nieuwbouwprojecten.
