Voor een bedrijf dat actief is binnen de nieuwbouw en transformatie zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als werkvoorbereider bouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verloop van het bouwproces en zal je dag, na een bakje koffie beginnen. Je hebt een brede baan met veel voorkomende werkzaamheden:

- Het controleren en corrigeren van bouwtekeningen;

- Het begeleiden/ leiden van van bestellingen, inkopen en leveringen van materialen;

- Offertes en kostenberekeningen opvragen en bespreken;

- Het opstellen van uitvoerings- en werkvoorbereidingsschema's voor diverse nieuwbouw- en transformatieprojecten;

- Bijwonen van vergaderingen en overleggen met meerdere betrokken partijen tijdens de projecten.

Als werkvoorbereider ben jij dus, zoals hierboven ook al vermeld, de spil tussen verschillende afdelingen. Daarom zijn een eigenschappen als communicatief, sociaal en georganiseerd erg belangrijk. Ben jij in bezit van deze karakter eigenschappen? Lees dan snel wat we nog meer van jou verwachten:
