Als Werkvoorbereider Bouw ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding en coördinatie van bouwprojecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in detail geregeld is voordat de uitvoering start. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en leveranciers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opstellen en bewaken van planningen;

- Voorbereiden en uitwerken van werktekeningen en projectdocumentatie;

- Inkopen van materialen en onderhouden van contact met leveranciers;

- Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes;

- Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van oplossingen;

- Ondersteunen van de projectleider gedurende het project;

- Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen projecten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

We zoeken een communicatief sterke werkvoorbereider Bouw, die een bouwtechnische opleiding MBO-4 of hoger heeft afgerond. Of jij hebt al ervaring opgedaan als werkvoorbereider in de bouw. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand, die voldoet aan:

- Een afgeronde bouwtechnische opleiding heeft (MBO/HBO Bouwkunde);

- Ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie binnen de bouw (pré);

- Organisatorisch sterk en nauwkeurig werkt;

- Goed kan communiceren en samenwerken;

- Kennis heeft van bouwprocessen en materialen;

- Ervaring heeft met relevante software (zoals AutoCAD of vergelijkbaar);

- Stressbestendig is en goed overzicht houdt.
