The posting

Als werkvoorbereider bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en ondersteuning van bouwprojecten vanaf de opstart tot de uitvoering. Je zorgt voor het opvragen, analyseren en indienen van technische dossiers en staat in voor prijsaanvragen, onderhandelingen en bestellingen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je bent vanaf het begin actief betrokken bij de toegewezen projecten en werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding om uitvoeringsdetails correct af te stemmen. Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke werkvoorbereiding en de technisch directeur.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Aankopen en voorbereiden van bouwprojecten.
  • Opvragen en indienen van het volledige technische dossier op basis van lastenboek, meetstaat en architectenplannen.
  • Uitvoeren van prijsaanvragen, onderhandelingen en bestellingen na intern overleg.
  • Actief betrokken zijn bij uitvoeringsdetails en regelmatig overleg met de projectleiding.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke werkvoorbereiding en technisch directeur.
  • Als werkvoorbereider bouw zorgen voor een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en tijdige voorbereiding van elk project.
  • Bachelor bouwkunde met relevante werkervaring, of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie zoals architectuur.
  • Ondernemend, gedreven en vlot in het spreken en schrijven van Nederlands.
  • Goed technisch inzicht.
  • Ordelijk en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met MS Office en tekenprogramma’s.
  • Als werkvoorbereider bouw beschik je over de organisatorische en technische vaardigheden om projecten efficiënt voor te bereiden.
