De organisatie realiseert woningbouw-, utiliteits-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten voor onder andere gemeenten, woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen, bedrijven en particuliere opdrachtgevers. Hierdoor ben je als werkvoorbereider al vroeg betrokken bij projecten en krijg je veel invloed op het eindresultaat. Als werkvoorbereider ben je betrokken bij het volledige bouwproces: van de ontwikkelfase tot en met de oplevering van het project. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld is, zodat de uitvoering efficiënt en zonder verrassingen kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, leveranciers en adviseurs. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding zijn materialen op tijd beschikbaar, planningen haalbaar en risico's vroegtijdig inzichtelijk. Tijdens de uitvoering bewaak je de voortgang van het project en zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen beschikken over de juiste informatie.
