Ben je een ervaren werkvoorbereider die graag werkt aan diverse bouwprojecten? Dan bieden wij je een uitdagende functie bij een veelzijdige bouworganisatie in Uithuizen. Je werkt aan nieuwbouw, renovatie en onderhoud voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in een informele werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat bouwprojecten technisch en organisatorisch perfect voorbereid zijn. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste plannen tot aan de uitvoering en zorgt dat alle partijen beschikken over de juiste informatie en materialen.

- Je verzorgt de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van projecten - Je stelt planningen op en bewaakt de voortgang - Je vraagt offertes aan en vergelijkt leveranciers - Je verzorgt de inkoop van materialen en materieel - Je controleert werktekeningen en projectdocumentatie - Je ondersteunt uitvoerders en projectleiders tijdens de bouw - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over oplossingen

Wat wij bieden - Salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.000 per maand - 25 vakantiedagen plus ATV dagen volgens CAO - Fulltime dienstverband met mogelijkheid tot parttime - Auto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak (bespreekbaar) - Flexibele werktijden en thuiswerkmogelijkheden - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en cursussen

Wie ben jij? - Je hebt ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de bouw - Je hebt een MBO- of HBO-opleiding bouwkunde - Je kunt bouwkundige tekeningen goed lezen - Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht - Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen - Je denkt in oplossingen en schakelt snel
