Wat word er van jou verwacht?

  • Je werkt mee aan uitdagende bouwkundige en waterbouwkundige projecten van een klasse 8-aannemer.
  • Je vormt de administratieve en technische schakel tussen aanbesteding, voorbereiding en uitvoering.
  • Analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, plannen, meetstaten en technische specificaties.
  • Nauwkeurig uitrekenen en voorbereiden van aanbestedingen.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, offertes en voorbereidende documenten voor openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Inschatten van uitvoeringsmethodes, materiaalbehoeften, personeelsinzet en mogelijke risico’s.
  • Technisch en administratief voorbereiden van waterbouwkundige en bouwkundige projecten.
  • Overleggen met projectleiders, werfleiders, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega’s.
  • Bewaken van nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid, timing en haalbaarheid van dossiers.
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en praktische oplossingen vóór de uitvoering start.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator, projectleider of werfleider.
  • Ervaring met waterbouwkundige projecten, zoals kaaimuren, sluizen, onderhoudswerken of aanverwante infrastructuur.
  • Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen, kostprijsberekeningen en het interpreteren van technische dossiers.
  • Een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en het vermogen om berekeningen en documenten zeer nauwkeurig te controleren.
  • Een goede kennis van bouwtechnische processen, uitvoeringsmethodes en relevante regelgeving.
  • Een diploma of attest van preventieadviseur is een belangrijke troef en bij voorkeur aanwezig.
  • Je werkt stressbestendig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers gelijktijdig lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s, waarbij je een sociaal en toegankelijk karakter combineert met voldoende assertiviteit.
  • Je voelt je aangesproken door een familiaal bedrijf en verkiest een persoonlijke werkomgeving boven de structuur van een grote onderneming.
  • Je bent bereid om in Dendermonde te werken; kandidaten uit de regio genieten de voorkeur, al is bespreekbaarheid mogelijk voor een sterk inhoudelijk profiel.
