Als Werkvoorbereider bij Krijgsman Bouw zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom de bouwprojecten goed geregeld is. Over de functie Als Werkvoorbereider bij Krijgsman Bouw regel je alles rondom bouwprojecten. Je begeleidt projecten zelfstandig en zorgt ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment geregeld is. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, koopt materialen in, stemt af met betrokken partijen en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit. Je hebt veel contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig op de projecten aanwezig om feeling te houden met wat er buiten gebeurt. Zo blijf je betrokken bij de praktijk en weet je wat er speelt. - Zelfstandig voorbereiden en begeleiden van verschillende bouwprojecten. - Inkopen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit. - Contact onderhouden met met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op projecten om feeling te houden met de praktijk. Over het bedrijf en de cultuur Krijgsman Bouw is een hecht bouwbedrijf uit Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht en actief in de regio Drechtsteden. Met ongeveer 25 collega's werken ze aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten: van particuliere woningen, aanbouwen en renovaties tot complete villa's en projecten voor vaste zakelijke opdrachtgevers.
