Ze realiseren uiteenlopende projecten, van nieuwbouw en renovaties tot grootschalige infrastructurele werken. Voor hun groeiende team zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren werkvoorbereider die zich wil inzetten voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van diverse bouwprojecten. Als ervaren werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van planningen, begrotingen en werkschema's, en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld voordat de bouw begint. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om een soepele voortgang van de projecten te waarborgen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en begrotingen; - Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Inkopen van materialen en diensten binnen het gestelde budget; - Coördineren en controleren van de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van het project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector; - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
