Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen tekening en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het utilitaire ziekenhuis goed voorbereid de startfase ingaat, zodat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers. Jij bent degene die de haalbaarheid van plannen beoordeelt, de juiste materialen en middelen regelt en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen op tijd weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je denkt mee over slimme bouwmethoden, optimaliseert processen en houdt rekening met duurzaamheid en circulariteit. Jouw werk heeft directe impact op het succes van elk project. Jouw taken in het kort: - Voorbereiden en uitwerken van bouwprojecten in de woningbouw; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en materiaalbehoeften; - Beoordelen van tekeningen en bestekken op uitvoerbaarheid; - Aanvragen van vergunningen en coördineren van onderaannemers; - Calculeren van kosten en bewaken van budgetten tijdens de voorbereidingsfase; - Adviseren over innovatieve en duurzame bouwmethoden; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en interne afdelingen.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen richting Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider. De organisatie investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en coaching. Je wordt uitgedaagd om je vakkennis te verbreden en nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken. Daarnaast kun je je specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen, circulaire bouwmethoden of innovatieve technieken zoals modulair bouwen.
