Je bent vanaf het begin betrokken bij een project en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het uiteindelijke resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen plan en praktijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat de uitvoering buiten efficiënt en soepel kan verlopen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden van bouwprojecten van ontwerp tot uitvoering. - Het opstellen en bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kosten en voortgang. - Het afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het verzorgen van inkoop, materiaalstromen en technische voorbereiding. - Het werken met BIM en andere digitale tools om projecten efficiënt en transparant voor te bereiden. - Het bedenken van in...
