Als werkvoorbereider zijn er binnen deze organisatie volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen en intern door te groeien. Heb jij de eerste stap achter de rug en zoek je nu een stabiele organisatie waar jij jezelf de komende jaren kan ontwikkelen en kan doorgroeien, dan ben jij de versterking die wij zoeken. Deze organisatie is actief in alle disciplines van de bouw en kan ook in alle disciplines altijd wel een echte expert gebruiken. Of het nou nieuwbouw of renovatie is, jouw expertise is altijd van harte welkom. Als werkvoorbereider ben jij met name in de voorbereidingsfase betrokken bij het project. Jij houdt je bezig met een stukje tekenwerk/controlewerk en daarnaast vallen ook de inkoop, calculatie en het contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Ook in de uitvoeringsfase blijf jij op de achtergrond betrokken bij het project. Je houdt in de gaten of alles nog volgens planning loopt en houdt hierin nauw contact met de uitvoerder. Moeten er dingen aangepast worden, dan neem jij contact op met leveranciers om te voorkomen dat het project stil komt te liggen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een bouwkundige MBO/HBO opleiding afgerond; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je hebt ervaring met Autocad en Office programma's; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en samenwerkingsgericht.
