We richten ons op renovatie, verbouw en onderhoud en werken aan veel verschillende soorten projecten. Dankzij onze jarenlange ervaring hebben we een groot en vertrouwd klantenbestand opgebouwd. We zijn een familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn. Onze projecten lopen uiteen van grotere verbouwingen en renovaties tot dagelijks onderhoud. Juist die afwisseling zorgt ervoor dat geen project hetzelfde is en dat er genoeg uitdaging in het werk zit. We werken met een praktisch ingesteld team waarin collega's goed met elkaar samenwerken. De lijnen zijn kort en we vinden het belangrijk dat afspraken duidelijk zijn. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar uiteindelijk zorgen we er samen voor dat een project goed wordt uitgevoerd en de klant tevreden is. De Baan Voor ons team zijn we op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider met technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling. Iemand die graag meedenkt over projecten en ervoor zorgt dat de uitvoering op de bouw goed kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding en uitvoerders en hebt daarnaast contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt ervoor dat tekeningen en andere projectinformatie gecontroleerd en beschikbaar zijn en dat materialen en diensten op tijd worden geregeld. Daarnaast stel je planningen op, vraag je offertes aan en verzorg je de inkoop. Je houdt in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt en bespreekt eventuele knelpunten met de juiste collega's. Door jouw technische kennis en organisatorische aanpak weet je wat er nodig is voordat de werkzaamheden op de bouw beginnen.
