Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en begeleiden van bouwprojecten van start tot oplevering. Je werkt samen met een team op kantoor en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en materieel tijdig en onder de beste voorwaarden beschikbaar zijn. Tijdens de uitvoering bewaak je de planning en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen, zoals architecten, constructeurs, overheden en opdrachtgevers. Na afronding van het project evalueer je het proces en draag je bij aan verbeteringen voor toekomstige projecten. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan diverse projecten in de regio en hebt veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ontwikkeling. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding in de bouw - Bekend met LEAN en BIM en in staat deze toe te passen - Kennis van Navision is een pré - Handig met ICT-toepassingen zoals Excel en Word - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Bouwkunde (niveau 4) - Kennis van bouwmethodieken en bouwmaterialen Functieoverzicht .
