Voor een gevestigde bouwonderneming zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Werkvoorbereider Bouw. In deze cruciale functie zorg je ervoor dat elk bouwproject tot in de puntjes wordt voorbereid. Dankzij jouw technische expertise, organisatorisch talent en oog voor detail kunnen leveranciers, onderaannemers en werfteams op het juiste moment efficiënt aan de slag.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar uitdagende bouwprojecten centraal staan en waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en ondernemerschap hoog in het vaandel worden gedragen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Technische voorbereiding van projecten

  • Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en bouwdossiers.
  • Uitwerken van projecten in nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider.
  • Onderzoeken van technische alternatieven op vlak van uitvoering en materialen.
  • Ondersteunen van de bouwleiding tijdens de voorbereidende fase van projecten.

Inkoop en leveranciersbeheer

  • Opstellen van prijsvragen en vergelijken van offertes.
  • Selecteren van leveranciers en onderaannemers op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers waar nodig.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Bewaken van de inkoopplanning in overleg met de projectleiding.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten en kostenbeheersing per project.

Coördinatie en opvolging

  • Actief deelnemen aan werk- en projectvergaderingen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen interne diensten, leveranciers en werfteams.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen.
  • Input leveren voor evaluaties van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers en projectdocumentatie.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de industrie- en/of woningbouw.
  • Je bent technisch sterk onderlegd en hebt een goed inzicht in bouwprocessen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en communiceert vlot met verschillende partijen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en volgt dossiers administratief correct op.
  • Je bent een leergierige teamspeler met een proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt geen uitgesproken 9-to-5-mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op wanneer nodig.
  • Een VCA VOL-certificaat is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans, Engels en bij voorkeur ook Duits.
