Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Junior wordt je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van verschillende projecten. Het werken met Lean en BIM speelt een belangrijke rol binnen jouw functie. Je voert onder andere de volgende functies uit zonder de wensen en behoeften van de opdrachtgever uit het oog te verliezen: - Op kostenbewuste manier inzicht creëren in de behoefte van materialen; - Het bestellen van de materialen en het opstellen van het inkoopoverzicht; - Het adviseren van projectleiders omtrent de mogelijke leveranciers/ onderaannemers; - Bouwplannen werk je uit tot gedetailleerde werkschema's; - Afstemmen van de planning met het bouwteam, onder andere in de bouwvergadering; - Beoordelen van de tekeningen op maatvoering en realiseerbaarheid; - Uitwerken van de waarbij je oog houdt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en kwaliteitskeuringen; - Het proactief signaleren van verbeteringsmogelijkheden; - Zorg dragen voor een actueel en compleet projectdossier.
