Als werkvoorbereider bouwkundig zorg jij ervoor dat bouwkundige projecten technisch én organisatorisch goed zijn voorbereid. Jij houdt overzicht, stemt verschillende onderdelen op elkaar af en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering op locatie zonder onnodige vertragingen kan starten en doorlopen. Vanaf de eerste plannen denk je mee over haalbaarheid, uitvoerbaarheid en kosten. Je vertaalt klantspecificaties naar een technisch goed voorbereid project, stemt ontwerpen af met verschillende disciplines en zorgt ervoor dat tekeningen en berekeningen op orde zijn. Waar nodig bezoek je de projectlocatie om de situatie in te meten of af te stemmen met de uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen?

- Voorbereiden en coördineren van bouwkundige projecten; - Vertalen van klantspecificaties naar technisch uitvoerbare oplossingen; - Meedenken over bouwkundige mogelijkheden, haalbaarheid en kosten; - Uitwerken en begeleiden van technische plannen, ontwerpen en tekeningen; - Afstemmen van ontwerpen met verschillende disciplines binnen het projectteam; - Laten opstellen en controleren van constructieve en statische berekeningen; - Bezoeken van projectlocaties voor opname, controle en afstemming met de uitvoering.

- Je hebt ervaring of kennis van bouwkundige projecten en werkvoorbereiding; - Kennis van geldende normen, regelgeving en bouwvoorschriften; - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-basis of bereid deze te behalen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal, Duits is een pré; - Je hebt ervaring met technische tekenprogramma's, zoals bijvoorbeeld AutoCAD.
