Je zorgt dat projecten veilig, efficiënt, volgens planning en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden - Controleren van werktekeningen en vertalen van projecteisen naar een uitvoerbaar plan. - Opstellen van kostenefficiënte calculaties en offertes. - Inkopen van materialen en coördineren van onderaannemers. - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van projectplanningen, voortgang en kosten. - Onderhouden van professioneel contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en brandveiligheidsinspecties op locatie. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en direct zorgen voor passende oplossingen. Dit breng jij mee - MBO/HBO werk en denkniveau bouwkunde - Relevante ervaring als werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een praktische, zelfstandige werkhouding. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Microsoft Office. - Rijbewijs B en VCA-VOL, of bereidheid dit te behalen. - Een VOG. - Liefst ervaring met Snagstream en Syntess Atrium.
