Als Werkvoorbereider Brandbeveiligingsinstallaties bij Heijmans Utiliteit BV (Royal FloraHolland) in Leiden zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoud, aanpassingen en verbeteringen aan brandmeld- en brandbeveiligingsinstallaties goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je werkt in een dagdienstfunctie waarin techniek, organisatie en veiligheid samenkomen. Je vertaalt klantvragen en situaties op locatie naar duidelijke technische scopes, calculaties en werkplannen. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding weten monteurs en partners precies wat er moet gebeuren en kunnen zij hun werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen de klant, monteurs, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Van de eerste opname op locatie en het aanvragen van offertes tot de inkoop van materialen en het coördineren van werkzaamheden: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles op tijd geregeld is. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt situaties op locatie bij Royal FloraHolland in Leiden op en analyseert de technische vraag van de klant. - Je vertaalt klantvragen naar duidelijke technische scopes en werkplannen. - Je maakt calculaties en vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en partners. - Je beoordeelt ontvangen offertes en zorgt voor de juiste technische en financiële keuzes. - Je stelt planningen op en zorgt voor duidelijke werkinstructies voor monteurs. - Je verzorgt de inkoop van materialen en bewaakt de beschikbaarheid hiervan. - Je coördineert onderaannemers en stemt werkzaamh...
