Als Werkvoorbereider Brandmeldinstallaties in Aalsmeer speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en technische projecten. Jij vertaalt de situatie op locatie en de vraag van de klant naar een concreet en uitvoerbaar plan. Je zorgt dat de juiste materialen, mensen, documentatie en informatie beschikbaar zijn en houdt ondertussen grip op planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Je werkt vanaf één vaste standplaats in een technisch complexe omgeving. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks met monteurs, collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Van eerste opname tot en met oplevering houd jij het overzicht en zorg je dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de uitvoering goed voorbereid aan de start verschijnt. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Brandmeldinstallaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van onderhoud en projecten. Je: - neemt situaties op locatie op en vertaalt de klantvraag naar duidelijke technische uitgangspunten; - stelt scopedocumenten, werkplannen en werkinstructies op voor de uitvoering; - vraagt offertes op, maakt calculaties en ondersteunt bij het opstellen van aanbiedingen; - verzorgt de voorbereiding van werkzaamheden en zorgt dat materiaal, documentatie en andere benodigdheden tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - bewaakt planning, voortgang en kwaliteit en houdt zicht op meer- en minderwerk; - beoordeelt de impact van werkzaamheden op de dagelijkse operatie en stemt hierover af met betrokken partijen; -...
