Werkvoorbereider Wat ga je doen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een vakkundige Project Engineer/ Werkvoorbereider voor onze opdrachtgevers. In deze rol zorg je voor een optimaal verloop van de werkvoorbereiding van onze assemblage-opdrachten en NPI's (New Product Introductions). Je begeleidt het gehele proces, van de technische realiseerbaarheid van het aangevraagde product tot aan de vertaling daarvan naar de betreffende afdelingen. Daarnaast ga je: - Zorgen voor de technische realiseerbaarheid van producten; - Vertalen van technische specificaties naar de relevante afdelingen; - Optimaliseren van processen voor assemblage-opdrachten en NPI's; - Helder krijgen van klantrequirements; - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënt en effectief productieproces op basis van data van opdrachtgevers, waarbij kwaliteit uiterst belangrijk is; - Creëren van machineprogramma's en werkinstructies; - Ondersteunen van productie met technisch advies. Jouw profiel: Ben jij een Project Engineer/Werkvoorbereider met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de nodige technische kennis? En herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel? - MBO/HBO in technische richting, ervaring in electronica is een pré; - Aantal jaar relevante commercieel technische werkervaring; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; - Kennis van productieprocessen, planning en life-cycle management; - Proactieve houding; - Gedreven in (kwaliteit)oordeelsvorming; - Oplossings- en resultaatgericht met gevoel voor commercie.
