Je werkt aan projecten rondom onderhoud en ontwikkeling van wegen, bruggen, graslanden, oevers en andere voorzieningen. Met jouw technische voorbereiding, planningen en afstemming zorg je dat projecten goed voorbereid de uitvoering ingaan. Wat ga je doen Je werkt binnen een team dat zich bezighoudt met integraal assetmanagement van een groot stedelijk natuur- en recreatiegebied. Vanuit de voorbereiding verbind je projectleiders, uitvoeringsteams en andere betrokkenen en zorg je dat technische, organisatorische en administratieve zaken op tijd geregeld zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen van planningen, calculaties, ramingen, technische tekeningen en bestekken voor groen- en civieltechnische projecten; Voorbereiden en uitwerken van werkzaamheden voor onder meer wegen, fiets- en wandelpaden, bruggen, graslanden en natuurvriendelijke oevers; - Controleren en opstellen van groene en civieltechnische bestekken volgens de RAW-systematiek; - Bewaken van inkooporders, materialen, vergunningen, contracten, planningen en andere benodigde documenten; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoeringsteams en interne en externe betrokkenen over technische uitwerking, planning en voortgang; Bijdragen aan de verbetering van werkprocessen binnen het assetmanagement.
