Als Werkvoorbereider/ Calculator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bouwproces achter de schermen. Je werkt zowel binnen als op de bouwplaats. Op deze manier blijf je goed op de hoogte van het hele proces. Je werkdag zal er elke dag anders uitzien, en taken die jij gaat uitvoeren zijn: Offertes opvragen bij leveranciers en deze onderling vergelijken; Het bewaken van de planning en kosten; Een ondersteunende rol bieden aan de uitvoerders en projectleiders; Het voorbereiden van bouwtekeningen, planningen en materiaaloverzichten; Goed contact onderhouden met collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Wij hechten veel waarde aan een langdurig dienstverband, vandaar dat we ook richten op goede omstandigheden en voorwaarden voor jou!
