Je bent actief op het bedrijfsbureau waar je een allround functie bekleed. Je bent de rechterhand van de directeur onder andere in de tenderfase en werkt daarnaast samen met 2 andere collega's op het bedrijfsbureau. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: * Maken van calculaties op basis van standaard model * Uitwerken van tekeningen in Tekla * Verzorgen van de inkoop * Maken van planningen en aansturen op de opvolging hiervan * Contacten met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers * Kwaliteitsbewaking Het is geen vast omlijnde functie, dus wanneer je specifieke werkzaamheden hebt die je beter liggen kan je deze naar je toetrekken en heb je zo een mogelijkheid om je eigen functie verder vorm te geven. Functie-eisen * Afgeronde MBO/ HBO Bouwkunde opleiding * Ervaring is een pré, maar geen must: je werkt samen met een senior die zijn kennis graag aan je overdraagt * Je bent een aanpakker, toont eigen initiatief en bent zelfsturend * Je denkt niet in hokjes en voelt je verantwoordelijk om de organisatie naar een hoger level te tillen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Allereerst begin je met een gedegen inwerktraject om de projecten te leren kennen. Je loopt mee met de directeur naar projecten om zo feeling te krijgen met de praktijk, je krijgt hierbij alle ruimte om het je eigen te maken en de rol verder vorm te geven.
