Als Werkvoorbereider/Calculator ben jij de spil tussen klanten, vaklieden, leveranciers en architecten. Jij zorgt voor een goed doordacht plan zodat onze vakmensen optimaal aan de slag kunnen en onze klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Jij houdt je bezig met: - Het uitwerken en calculeren van verbouw- en aanbouwprojecten. - Het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Het maken van planningen, werkbeschrijvingen en materiaaloverzichten. - Contact met opdrachtgevers en architecten in het voortraject. - Het begeleiden van het project van aanvraag tot oplevering. - Het aansturen van onderaannemers en vakmensen op de werkvloer. Geen dag is hetzelfde - en dat maakt het juist leuk. Wat wij bieden Als werkvoorbereider/calculator wordt je conform de Bouw-Cao verloond met de volgende elementen die van toepassing zijn: - Salaris: tussen €4000,- en €5500,- per 4 weken (afhankelijk van ervaring). - Tijdspaarfonds (keuze uit 55% of 100%). - Pensioenregeling via BPF Bouw vanaf je eerste werkdag. - Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,32 per kilometer. - 25 vakantiedagen + 20 ATV-dagen + 3 kortverzuimdagen. - Extra seniorendagen, afhankelijk van leeftijd. - Opleidingsbudget van €1.000 per jaar voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
