Bij Hegeman Bouw Partners zoeken we een ervaren bouwprofessional die zijn of haar weg kent in onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming. Iemand die niet alleen achter een bureau wil zitten, maar graag betrokken is bij het hele bouwproces: van de eerste opname en calculatie tot de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je houdt van korte lijnen, denkt praktisch mee en vindt het prettig om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor je projecten. Wat ga je doen? Ongeveer 80% van onze werkzaamheden bestaat uit onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming. Daarnaast realiseren we incidenteel nieuwbouwprojecten. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn voornamelijk woningcorporaties. We werken daardoor veel aan bestaande woningen, regelmatig in bewoonde situaties. Dit vraagt om een goede voorbereiding, duidelijke communicatie, kostenbewustzijn en slimme, uitvoerbare oplossingen. In deze combinatiefunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de calculatie als de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van onze projecten. Jouw werkzaamheden Je kijkt verder dan alleen de calculatie of de werkvoorbereiding. Je begrijpt wat er buiten op de bouwplaats gebeurt en zorgt ervoor dat projecten financieel kloppen én praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Zelfstandig opnemen en beoordelen van nieuwe projecten op locatie; - Analyseren van tekeningen, werkomschrijvingen en bestaande bouwsituaties; - Opstellen van calculaties, kostprijsbegrotingen en offertes; - Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Sign...
