Werkvoorbereider / Calculator Wie zijn wij? Hoogland Kozijnen is een familiebedrijf sinds 1931. Hans Hoogland heeft in 1984 de onderneming van zijn vader verder overgenomen. Met 31 medewerkers zijn wij een kleine, krachtige organisatie, maar vooral een vlakke organisatie waarin we werksfeer erg belangrijk vinden. Met een eigen moderne kozijnen fabriek kan je een kort productie proces realiseren waardoor je vrijwel direct het resultaat van je werk ziet. Daarnaast hebben wij ook een werkplek waar onderdelen nog handmatig (af)gemaakt worden. Wij leveren kozijnen aan zowel ZZPérs, grote-, kleine bouwbedrijven, woningbouworganisaties, en tussen handelaren.

Wat houdt de functie in? Je krijgt je eigen klantenkring, welke komende jaren rustig aan wordt opgebouwd. Voor jouw klanten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van informatie aanvraag tot levering eind product. Naast relatie beheer stel je zelfstandig de offertes op, verwerk je de opdrachten, verzorg je de planning en bestellingen, en stemt met de werkplaats chef aan de hand van de productieplanning de opdracht af.

Wat breng je mee?

- Een MBO of HBO opleiding richting hout of bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig;

- Kennis van Office, AutoCad en Matrix Kozijn software;

- Een klantgerichte en flexibele instelling;

- Organisatorisch vermogen en accuratesse;

- Een dosis zelfstandigheid;

- Een gezonde dosis humor;

- Eventueel ervaring als werkvoorbereider;
