In deze functie werk je aan uitdagende infrastructurele projecten in de regio Rotterdam, zoals kades, bruggen, funderingen, onderdoorgangen en waterbouwkundige constructies. Jij zorgt niet alleen dat projecten goed worden voorbereid, maar speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de calculatie, kostprijsbepaling en financiële haalbaarheid van het werk. Wat ga je doen In deze gecombineerde rol ben je vanaf de eerste calculatie betrokken bij projecten en zorg je daarna voor een goede technische en organisatorische voorbereiding. Je houdt daarbij continu oog voor planning, kosten, kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid. - opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, begrotingen en calculaties; - beoordelen van tekeningen, bestekken, contractstukken en technische documenten; - aanvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - opstellen en bijhouden van werkplannen, planningen en projectdocumentatie; - berekenen van materiaal-, materieel- en arbeidskosten; - signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en kansen binnen projecten; - afstemmen met projectleiding en uitvoering over planning, budget en technische oplossingen. Wie ben jij? Wat verwachten we van jou Je bent analytisch sterk, technisch onderlegd en vindt het leuk om zowel achter de cijfers als achter de uitvoering te zitten. Je kunt goed inschatten wat een project nodig heeft en weet technische keuzes te vertalen naar een realistische begroting. - mbo-4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau richting Civiele Techniek, Infra of Bouwkunde ; - enkele jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator of in een gecombineerde rol; - ervaring met calculatie en kostprijsbepaling binnen GWW, betonbouw, waterbo...
