Voor een moderne opdrachtgever in zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie en onderhoud van villa's, kantoor -en horecapanden ben ik opzoek naar een ervaren Werkvoorbereider/Calculator. Kan jij goed omgaan met alle informatiestromen van tegenwoordig, ben je goed met cijfers en organisatorisch sterk? Lees dan snel verder. Als calculator/werkvoorbereider ga je aan de gang voor de complete engineering van het project. Doordat je jou voorbereiding zo goed mogelijk uitvoert, kan het bouwproject soepel en gestructureerd verlopen. Als werkvoorbereider zie overzie je het complete geheel en hebt daarbij oog voor detail. Je zorgt natuurlijk ook voor een gedegen planning en zorgt dat calculaties goed worden opgesteld. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal een MBO opleiding; - Ten minste 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Het is een pré als je kennis hebt van Ibis-Trad en AFAS projectadministratie.
