Interex Professionals Werkvoorbereider Civiel detachering In het kort Volledige opdracht Als Werkvoorbereider Openbare Verlichting verzorg je de technische voorbereiding van OVL-projecten en aanverwante elektrische infrastructuur binnen de gemeente Zaanstad. Je stelt technische ontwerpen en bestekken op, voert en controleert licht- en kabelberekeningen en bepaalt de uitgangspunten voor voedingsnetten. Je bereidt aanbestedingen voor, begeleidt de uitvoering en stemt nauw af met projectleiders, aannemers, netbeheerders en overige stakeholders. Daarnaast toets je ontwerpen op kwaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en beheerbaarheid en houd je technische documentatie actueel. Je adviseert over innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen, zoals LED- en slimme verlichtingssystemen, en draagt bij aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige openbare ruimte. Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Wat breng je mee? - Je bent technisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen. Je denkt vooruit en houdt altijd oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitvoerbaarheid. - Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal enkele jaren relevante werkervaring als werkvoorbereider, tekenaar of ontwerper binnen openbare verlichting of ondergrondse infrastructuur. - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met lichtberekeningen. - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met kabelberekeningen. - Kennis van relevante normen en richtlijnen, zoals NPR 13201, NEN 1010 en NEN 3140. - Ervaring met ontwerp- en berekeningssoftware voor openbare verlichting. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
