Wat ga je doen als Werkvoorbereider Civiele Kunstwerken? Als Werkvoorbereider heb je een uitdagende functie waarin je de kunst verstaat om meerdere balletjes tegelijk in de lucht te houden. Dit komt terug in de volgende 'gebruikelijke' werkzaamheden: • je zorgt ervoor dat alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd, denk aan het maken van planningen, bestellen van de nodige materialen en het coördineren van personeel • verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van technische tekeningen en berekeningen • beheren van het budget en het uitvoeren van kostenbewaking • je selecteert en onderhandelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers • je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe partijen • verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit en de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens de voorbereidingsfase • bijhouden van alle projectdocumentatie en administratie

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken een Werkvoorbereider die het leuk vindt om vaktechnische werkzaamheden te combineren met de sociale aspecten die bij het werk horen. Je weet jouw enthousiasme over te brengen en laat zien dat je er echt voor wilt gaan. Voldoe je niet volledig aan het profiel, maar denk je toch in aanmerking te komen voor de functie? Ook dan kom ik graag met je in contact om samen naar de mogelijkheden te kijken. • een afgeronde MBO/ HBO opleiding Civiele Techniek of Werktuigbouwkunde • enkele jaren ervaring in een rol als Werkvoorbereider of gelijksoortig, bij voorkeur binnen Civiele kunstwerken • sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, technische inzicht, kostenbewustzijn • een hoge dosis energie om de organisatie naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen • kennis van RAW, UAV-GC, Design & Construct
