Als werkvoorbereider civiele onderhoudsprojecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan civieltechnische objecten zoals bruggen, viaducten en tunnels. Je analyseert inspectierapporten en bepaalt samen met het team en de opdrachtgever de onderhoudsbehoefte en prioriteiten. Je stelt werkplannen op, kiest geschikte uitvoeringsmethoden en selecteert samen met de projectleider onderaannemers. Je vraagt offertes op, onderhandelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers, en stelt zelf offertes op voor opdrachtgevers. Je bewaakt de planning en houdt de projectadministratie bij. Bij afwijkingen van het contract meld je deze en geef je inzicht in de gevolgen voor planning en financiën. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en stemt regelmatig af met interne en externe partijen om een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering te waarborgen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Achtergrond in civiele techniek of bouwkunde - Teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken en afstemmen met verschillende disciplines - Initiatiefrijk en kritisch op het gebied van veiligheid - Kennis van of interesse in contractvormen zoals UAV of UAV-GC - In staat om overzicht te houden bij het voorbereiden van meerdere projecten - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of relevante ervaring - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken Functieoverzicht .
