Je onderzoekt afhankelijkheden, stelt prioriteiten en bewaakt acties. Bij wijzigingen kijk je niet alleen naar de tekening, maar ook naar levertijd, kosten, vergunningen en gevolgen voor de uitvoering. Je gaat onder andere: - Contractstukken, tekeningen en begrotingen kritisch doornemen; - De projectscope vertalen naar beheersbare uitvoeringspakketten; - Per werkfase de benodigde informatie en besluiten vaststellen; - Hoeveelheden en materiaalbehoeften controleren; - Inkooplijsten en afroepplanningen opstellen; - Leveranciers en onderaannemers gericht om offertes vragen; Functie eisen Je hebt ervaring met civiele werkvoorbereiding en kunt zelfstandig een werkpakket van ontwerp naar uitvoering begeleiden. Je herkent wanneer informatie technisch niet klopt of te laat dreigt te komen en wacht niet tot de bouwplaats daar last van krijgt. Je communiceert concreet en houdt ook tijdens drukke fasen grip op afspraken. We verwachten dat jij: - Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding hebt afgerond in Civiele Techniek, Infra, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Relevante ervaring hebt met werkvoorbereiding binnen civiele projecten; - Kennis hebt van grondwerk, riolering en wegenbouw; - Bestekken en technische tekeningen zelfstandig kunt analyseren; Organisatie omschrijving Je gaat werken bij een civiele aannemer die projecten realiseert binnen GWW, infrastructuur en openbare ruimte. De organisatie werkt voor gemeenten, waterschappen en projectontwikkelaars aan zowel nieuwe infrastructuur als de vernieuwing van bestaande buurten en verkeersroutes.
