Met daarnaast 250 particuliere opdrachtgevers. Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces gestroomlijnd en soepel verloopt waarbij je ook oog houdt voor een prettige werksfeer. Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van opdrachten in het werkveld van Groen en de openbare ruimte. • Vertalen van klantvragen naar haalbare productieopdrachten; • Gebruik maken van Groenvision als software pakket; • Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers; • Zorgen voor optimale balans tussen klanttevredenheid, productiviteit en de ontwikkelbehoeften van onze medewerkers. • Communicatief vaardig • Organisatorisch vaardig • Dienstverlenend • Klantgericht Beoordelingscriteria • Hbo diploma of aantoonbaar werk en denkniveau; • Affiniteit voor het Groen vak en met mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt; • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor prioriteit en het vermogen om snel te schakelen. ------------------------------------------------------- - Aanvullende informatie: • 36 uur betreft een fulltime werkweek; • Graag het cv in het NL aanleveren; • Leveranciers van kandidaten behoren op de hoogte te zijn van de geldende wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden en de Gemeenten cao; • Graag ontvangen we in de persoonlijke motivatie een onderbouwing waaruit blijkt dat de kandidaat over de gevraagde competenties beschikt; • De looptijd van de aanvraag is 5 werkdagen, waarna de shortlist wordt verst...
