In deze rol werk je aan regionale infrastructurele en waterveiligheidsprojecten zoals gemalen, dijkversterkingen, waterbergingen, binnenstedelijke bouwlocaties en (beweegbare) bruggen. Je combineert technische diepgang met organisatorisch talent en draagt direct bij aan veilige, toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Organisatie Als meest ervaren civiele aannemer van Nederland ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt het bedrijf civiele constructies voor projecten in de infrastructuur, energie-, wind- en vastgoedmarkt. Mooie, innovatieve projecten zoals de nieuwe zeesluis IJmuiden, de Zuidasdoktunnels, maar ook specialistische projecten als een hoogwatergeul, een gemaal, een draaibrug, onderhoud van kades of een ondergrondse parkeergarage in hartje Utrecht. Functie Als Senior Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding én begeleiding van civieltechnische werken in zowel de tender- als uitvoeringsfase. Jij zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen door: - Het uitwerken en monitoren van (deel)planningen met BIM, inclusief 4D-modelleeropties. - Tijdige beschikbaarheid van materiaal, materieel en diensten te organiseren. - Afwijkingen te signaleren én de projectleider te adviseren. - Kosten te bewaken en meer- en minderwerk te registreren. - Projectdocumentatie, oplevering en rapportages te verzorgen. - Intensief samen te werken met projectleiders, uitvoerders en mede-werkvoorbereiders. - Kennis te delen met collega's binnen landelijke vakgroepen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar techniek, omgeving en planning samenkomen. De projecten zijn uitdagend, maatschappelijk relevant en vragen om slimme oplossingen.
