Als senior werkvoorbereider speel je een belangrijke rol in uiteenlopende civieltechnische projecten, variërend van herinrichting van historische locaties tot de ontwikkeling van nieuwe woonwijken en openbare ruimtes zoals wegen, rotondes en parken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en uitwerking van projecten en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, ontwerpers en andere betrokken disciplines. Concreet is de Senior Werkvoorbereider verantwoordelijk voor: - Uitwerken en ontwikkelen van ontwerptekeningen voor de openbare ruimte - Begeleiden van het technische proces van schetsontwerp tot definitief ontwerp en aanbesteding Opstellen van: - RAW-bestekken - Geïntegreerde contracten - Raamovereenkomsten - Technische omschrijvingen - Nota’s van inlichtingen - Opstellen van hoeveelheidsbepalingen, materialenlijsten en technische specificaties - Ondersteunen bij planmatig beheer en uitvoering van operationele plannen - Uitvoeren van beheertoetsen - Afstemming met interne stakeholders en externe partijen Als Senior Werkvoorbereider maak je onderdeel uit van de Afdeling Projectemanagement & Voorbereiding van de sector Stadsbeheer. Op deze afdeling werk je in team Voorbereiding samen met twaalf andere werkvoorbereiders (civiel- en cultuurtechnisch) en de kostendeskundigen. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Graag het cv in het NL aanleveren; - Minimaal mbo-opleiding Civiele Techniek - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als werkvoorbereider civiele techniek Wensen - (Genoemde) rel.
