Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare contractstukken en houdt daarbij techniek, kwaliteit en praktische haalbaarheid scherp. Wat ga jij doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische projecten. Een groot deel van je werk ligt bij woningbouw en herinrichtingen. Daarnaast komen projecten rondom wegen, riolering, groen en sportvelden voorbij. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de ontwikkeling van een woongebied van enkele woningen tot een gebied met zo'n 200 woningen. Je houdt je bezig met de voorbereiding van onder andere het bouwrijp en woonrijp maken, inclusief voorbelasting. Een ander voorbeeld is de herinrichting van de Dijkstraat en Bargefenne in Bolsward. Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen technisch kloppen, uitvoerbaar zijn en goed worden vastgelegd in contractdocumenten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, ontwerpers, directievoerders, beheerders en externe adviesbureaus. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, maar ook voor wat buiten daadwerkelijk werkt. Je gaat onder andere: - civieltechnische projecten voorbereiden en uitwerken; - ontwerpen vertalen naar een complete en uitvoerbare voorbereiding; - tekeningen, ontwerpen, hoeveelheden en ramingen controleren; - RAW-bestekken en andere contractdocumenten opstellen en actualiseren; - meedenken over technische, praktische en toekomstbestendige oplossingen; - afstemmen met projectleiders, ontwerpers, beheerders, directievoerders en externe partijen; - zorgen dat contractstukken inhoudelijk compleet, duidelijk en juridisch correct zijn; - bijdragen aan een goede kwaliteit en overdracht van projecte...
