The posting

Tempac in Herentals zoekt een gedreven Werkvoorbereider Lasersnijden en Plooien. In deze uitdagende functie ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de technische tekening en onze moderne productie.

  • Je analyseert de noden van onze klant zorgvuldig en vertaalt deze feilloos naar efficiënte CNC-programma's voor de lasersnijmachines en de CNC-plooibanken.
  • Daarnaast stel je het technisch dossier op voor onze arbeiders zodat las- en andere bewerkingen feilloos kunnen uitgevoerd worden.
  • Je optimaliseert het materiaalverbruik via slimme nestingsoftware om zo min mogelijk snijafval te genereren.
  • Samen met de productieplanning zorg je ervoor dat alle materialen en orders op het juiste moment klaarstaan.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de voorbereide dossiers en lost technische vraagstukken proactief op.

Hiervoor beschik je bij voorkeur over een technisch diploma of een stevige, gelijkwaardige ervaring in de metaalbewerking.

Ervaring met CAD/CAM-software en een goed ruimtelijk inzicht zijn een grote troef om deze rol succesvol in te vullen.

  • Een werkvoorbereider bij Tempac beschikt over een sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en kan vlot technische 2D- en 3D-tekeningen lezen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur aantoonbare ervaring met plaatbewerking, specifiek met lasersnijden en CNC-plooien.
  • Daarnaast heb je kennis van CAD/CAM- en nestingsoftware om de productieprocessen efficiënt en nauwkeurig voor te bereiden.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust, proactief in het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Tot slot ben je leergierig, gemotiveerd en beschik je over een relevante technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
