Binnen deze omgeving is een goede werkvoorbereiding essentieel. Als Werkvoorbereider / Coördinator Uitbesteding zorg jij ervoor dat onderdelen die extern geproduceerd worden technisch én organisatorisch goed worden voorbereid en opgevolgd. Daarbij is jouw kennis van verspaningstechniek belangrijk. Je begrijpt wat er op een tekening staat, weet wat maakbaar is en kunt met leveranciers op technisch niveau sparren. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van uitbesteed werk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beoordelen van technische tekeningen en 3D-modellen; - Het bepalen welke werkzaamheden intern of extern worden uitgevoerd; - Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers; - Het uitbesteden van verspanende werkzaamheden, zoals frezen en draaien; - Het technisch afstemmen van werkzaamheden en specificaties met leveranciers; - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kosten en levertijden; - Het opvolgen van uitbesteed werk en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Het controleren of geleverde onderdelen voldoen aan de gestelde eisen; - Het onderhouden van contacten met vaste en nieuwe leveranciers; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen; - Het nauw samenwerken met Engineering, Werkvoorbereiding, Inkoop en Productie.
