Wanneer je aan de slag gaat als werkvoorbereider bij deze organisatie kom je op de afdeling werkvoorbereiding. Zo zit je met veel collega's om je heen en kan je makkelijk met vragen naar iedereen toe. Daarnaast ben je één keer per week op locatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor o.a. de volgende taken: - Controleren, toetsen en aanpassen werktekeningen - Verzorgen van planningen - Administratie van het bouwbproject - Opstellen van offertes - Aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde HBO bouwkundige opleiding - Passie voor de techniek - Relevante werkervaring is een pré Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Een organisatie waar alle mogelijkheden zijn om door te groeien; projectleiding/uitvoering - Salarisrange van €2800,- tot €4000,- afhankelijk van ervaring - Brabantse gezelligheid Bedrijfsprofiel . Deze opdrachtgever is ooit begonnen als timmerbedrijf maar in de jaren uitgegroeid tot een landelijk opererend bouwbedrijf. Dit betekende ook een flinke groei in omvang, echter is de familiecultuur altijd gebleven. De diversiteit in de projectportefeuille toont aan dat deze organisatie staat voor kwaliteit. Kenmerkend voor deze organisatie is dat ze luisteren naar de werknemers. Een voorbeeld hiervan is dat er op verzoek van medewerkers curssussen gegeven in bijvoorbeeld assertiviteit.
