Beschrijving Dit ga je doen als Als Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede voorbereiding en stel je de juiste middelen beschikbaar voor de uitvoering. Je hebt affiniteit met ons vakgebied, gebouwgebonden installaties in de utiliteit. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jouw taken zijn afwisselend van werkopname tot calculatie en planning. Als Werkvoorbereider: - Heb je een coördinerende rol; je houdt de uitvoering op de hoogte en voorziet hen van de juiste informatie en documentatie; - Bezit je een gedegen vakkennis van HVAC en gebouwgebonden installaties en ben je op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen; - Voer je kleine calculaties uit op aanvraag van de klant; - Maak je werkinstructies, stelt werkpakketten samen, vraagt offertes op, werkt werkvergunningen uit en maakt diverse planningen (SAP); - Ben je servicegericht en hét visitekaartje van SPIE. Als junior/startend werkvoorbereider verwachten we niet dat je dit allemaal op dag één al kan.
