Jobomschrijving

Op zoek naar een stabiele werkomgeving waar je jouw technische kennis kan inzetten? In dit familiale bedrijf werk je mee aan kwaliteitsvolle, complexe onderdelen voor gerenommeerde industriële klanten. Je komt terecht in een modern machinepark, een vast team en een organisatie waar samenwerking en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn.

Als Werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat de productie over de juiste gereedschappen en materialen beschikt en dat de draaiers en frezers vlot aan de slag kunnen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Samenstellen en instellen van gereedschappen voor draai- en freesbewerkingen, aan de hand van vaste lijsten en technische specificaties.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van het gereedschapsmagazijn en tijdig aanvullen van de voorraad.
  • Controleren, registreren en onderhouden van gereedschappen, houders, inserts en toebehoren.
  • Afstemmen met de meestergast en operatoren over de juiste gereedschapskeuze en praktische noden.
  • Indien nodig zelf gereedschappen vervaardigen of aanpassen met behulp van een draaibank of freesmachine.
  • Zorgen voor orde, structuur en een vlotte werking van het gereedschapsmagazijn.
  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een productie- of metaalverwerkende omgeving.
  • Ervaring met draaien en frezen is noodzakelijk.
  • Technisch inzicht in gereedschappen, houders, inserts en de toepassingen ervan.
  • Sterk in het opvolgen van stock en het georganiseerd beheren van materialen.
  • Zelfstandig in het organiseren van het eigen werk, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Communicatief en bereid om af te stemmen met de meestergast en collega's.
  • Een praktische en hands-on ingesteldheid.
