Krijg je energie van samenwerken met verschillende teams om technische projecten vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider ter versterking van het technisch team. Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers, operations en de technische verantwoordelijke. Samen met een collega-werkvoorbereider zorg je voor een efficiënte voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van technische werkzaamheden.

Jouw taken

  • Technische aanvragen vertalen naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare werkopdrachten
  • Onderhoudswerken voorbereiden (materiaal, personeelsinzet, timing en risicoanalyse)
  • Plannen en coördineren van technische activiteiten in overleg met verschillende afdelingen
  • Opvolgen van de uitvoering en controleren van de rapportages
  • Meedenken over kostenefficiënte oplossingen en uitvoeren van nacalculaties
  • Technische problemen analyseren en duurzame oplossingen uitwerken
  • Beheer en opvolging van wisselstukken en materialen
  • Afstemmen met interne en externe partners
  • Nauw samenwerken met je collega-werkvoorbereider om processen optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en behoudt makkelijk overzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams
  • Je denkt proactief mee en zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Kennis van industriële installaties is een grote troef
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in Frans en/of Engels
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en stemt vlot af met collega’s
