Functie Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en begeleiden van klantorders gedurende het assemblageproces. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen engineering, logistiek en productie en zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt voordat een product de werkplaats in gaat. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze rol is dat je zelf meewerkt in de productie. Door actief mee te sleutelen bouw je diepgaande productkennis op, wat essentieel is binnen deze organisatie waar nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
