Werkvoorbereider voor uitdagend renovatieproject Functie omschrijving Van een school of bedrijfspand tot een technisch uitdagend renovatieproject: als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan projecten die écht van elkaar verschillen. Je bent van voorbereiding tot oplevering betrokken en krijgt veel ruimte om technisch mee te denken. Wat ga je doen? - Technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van bouwprojecten. - Bepalen van werkmethodes en bouwvolgorde. - Controleren en corrigeren van tekeningen. - Inkopen en afroepen van materialen. - Contact onderhouden met onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. - Bewaken van budgetten en meer- en minderwerk. - Uitvoeren van bouwkundige opnames en controles. - Samen met de Projectleider en Uitvoerder het project van A tot Z realiseren. Wat krijg je ervoor terug? - Salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.000 bruto per maand. - Leaseauto en telefoon van de zaak. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Bouw & Infra. - 8% vakantiegeld. - Veel verschillende renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten. - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. - Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen. - Regelmatig borrels, uitjes en sportactiviteiten. Functie eisen - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist voor deze functie. - High level of the Dutch language in word and writing is required for this position. - Woonachtig in Nederland. - Living in the Netherlands. - Minimaal een MBO-diploma richting Bouwkunde. - Ervaring binnen de werkvoorbereiding. - Bouwkundig en organisatorisch sterk. - Ervaring met BIM is mooi meegenomen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt graag in oplossingen. - VCA-VOL of bereid deze te behalen.
