In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en voorbereiden van dagelijkse mutatie- onderhoudswerkzaamheden in woningen. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden op een efficiënte en effectieve wijze worden uitgevoerd. Organisatie De opdrachtgever is een totaal aannemer op het gebied van onderhoud en renovatie van woningen. De vacature is op basis van een werving en selectieprocedure en je komt in dienst bij de aannemer. Functie Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: Het opstellen van werkplanningen, het aanvragen van offertes en het bestellen van materialen en middelen. Het maken van calculaties en het bewaken van de kosten en de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Het onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partijen, zoals uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Het signaleren van knelpunten en het bedenken van oplossingen om deze op te lossen. Het administreren van de werkzaamheden en het opstellen van rapportages. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met: Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde of installatietechniek. Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als werkvoorbereider. Kennis van dagelijks mutatie onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Ervaring met AutoCAD en MS Office. Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
