Als Werkvoorbereider Vastgoedverduurzaming ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van renovatie-, onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen bestaande gebouwen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle technische en organisatorische aspecten van het project goed zijn geregeld, zodat de uitvoering soepel en volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt samen met verschillende partijen zoals projectleiders, uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers om materialen, middelen en werkzaamheden op elkaar af te stemmen. Je stelt planningen op, verzorgt de inkoop, werkt technische details uit en denkt mee over de inrichting van de bouwplaats en logistieke processen. Tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken bij het project, bewaak je de voortgang en ondersteun je het team bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken. Je draagt bij aan het waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid en levert input voor de benodigde plannen volgens de geldende richtlijnen. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en technische kennis draag je bij aan het succesvol verduurzamen van vastgoed. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Bekend met kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsrichtlijnen (zoals ISO en VCA) - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Woonachtig in Nederland - Aantoonbare ervaring met renovatie-, onderhouds- of verduurzamingsprojecten - Ervaring met het opstellen van planningen en het verzorgen van inkoop - Zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden Functieoverzicht .
