- Werkvoorbereider Kom (hybride) werken bij OFN als Werkvoorbereider voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, waar jij samen met een team collega's wensen van klanten tot werkelijkheid weet te brengen. Regel jij het werk van opdracht tot uitvoering? Krijg jij energie van organiseren en oplossen? Jij weet monteurs, materialen, planning en klantafspraken samen te brengen om een opdracht goed uit te voeren? Daarom zijn we op zoek naar iemand die hieraan een steentje bijdraagt door ons team te komen versterken in de functie van Werkvoorbereider. Wat ga je zoal doen? - Je neemt opdrachten aan en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijk en uitvoerbaar werkplan; - Je organiseert en coördineert de uitvoering van diverse projecten, service- en schadeherstelwerkzaamheden; - Je houdt regie van opdracht tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, doorlooptijd en gemaakte afspraken; - Je stuurt operationeel diverse monteursteams aan en zorgt dat zij hun werk goed en veilig kunnen uitvoeren met inzet van de benodigde materialen, onderdelen, middelen, informatie en logistiek; - Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk, je ziet commerciële kansen en handelt hier adequaat op; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid en je zorgt dat werkzaamheden zoveel mogelijk de eerste keer goed en veilig worden uitgevoerd; - Je verwerkt werkopdrachten, uren, voortgang en opleveringen in onze systemen en verwerkt en verzorgt de noodzakelijke administratie en (klant)rapportages hiervan; - Je denkt actief mee over het slimmer, efficiënter en beter organiseren van de uitvoering van Services.
