Als werkvoorbereider / directievoerder civiele techniek vervul je een veelzijdige rol. Je stuurt projecten in de openbare ruimte aan, coördineert deze en adviseert het bestuur: jij bent de verbindende schakel die ervoor zorgt dat plannen werkelijkheid worden. De nadruk van je werk ligt op het technisch en kwalitatief rioolbeheer en de uitvoering van werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte. Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen beheer, onderhoud en uitvoering, goede communicatie en afstemming met collega's, aannemers, netbeheerders en andere betrokken partijen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de voorbereiding, aanbesteding en uitvoering van infrastructurele projecten, houd je beheergegevens van de riolering en ondergrondse infrastructuur actueel en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilige, duurzame en goed functionerende openbare ruimte. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht, organisatorische vaardigheden en heldere communicatie weet je overzicht te houden, partijen met elkaar te verbinden en draagvlak te creëren voor werkzaamheden en projecten.
